Pam and Mimo Camara have been teaching Guinea dance in the Hudson Valley for over twenty years. Mimo is a former lead dancer with Guinea's national troupe; Pam has studied dance since age 5 and has the honor of studying with some of Guinea's finest on annual trips to the couple’s home in Guinea. Accompanied by powerful live drums, this class begins with a full warm-up. Then, traditional steps are taught to their corresponding rhythms. Bare feet, comfortable clothing and an open, non self-judging attitude are all that is required in this welcoming environment. Contact Pam for more info at

Forrest Yoga is a modern yoga practice developed by Ana Forrest, an American yogini, and led Upstairs at BSP by Forrest Yoga Mentor Denise Hopkins. Denise has taught at New York University, teaches annually at Omega Institute and brings a personal approach to this deeply physical and internally focused practice. Through deep breathing and strengthening poses, Forrest Yoga connects the body and spirit. It is known for its ability to help participants with injuries, anxiety, trauma, addictions and everyday stress. Expect unique abdominal work, back/shoulder/neck therapy as well as modifications for healing and preventing injuries. Bring your own mat.
